Cryogenic flange gate valve is suitable for low temperature medium such as methane, liquid natural gas, hexene, carbon dioxide, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen.Cryogenic gate valves are available in two bonnet designs. The first type is a bolt-type valve cover. According to the valve of this design, the valve body and the valve cover are connected by bolts and nuts, and the wound type gasket (made of 316 clip flexible graphite). Metal rings can also be used when customers have special requirements. The second design form is a welded bonnet. According to this design, the valve body and the bonnet are screwed and fully welded. Solder-through connections are also available when the customer has special requirements.

Characteristics

1. In order to prevent the abnormal rise of the middle cavity, a pressure relief hole is provided on the inlet side of the shutter.

2. Determine the top length of the bonnet based on the operating temperature of the valve to ensure a reliable seal of the stem packing

3. Reasonable selection of materials for fillers, gaskets, etc. according to the working temperature

4. The low temperature gate valve strictly controls the chemical composition of the material and the mechanical properties such as low temperature impact toughness.

5. The low temperature gate valve adopts various pipe flange standards and sealing surface types, which are suitable for various engineering needs.
