Cast iron wedge gate valve is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electric power and other industries, and is used for opening and closing on steam, water and oil medium pipes with a nominal pressure of ≤1.0MPa.


Main features and uses

1. The structure is compact, the design is reasonable, the valve has good rigidity, the channel is smooth, and the flow resistance coefficient is small.

2. The sealing surface is made of stainless steel and hard alloy for long service life.

3. Flexible graphite packing, reliable sealing, light and flexible operation.

4. The driving method is divided into manual, electric, pneumatic and gear transmission. The structure type is: elastic wedge type single gate, rigid wedge type single gate and double gate type.

5. It is widely used in petrochemical, thermal power plants and other oil products, water vapor pipelines to open or cut off the medium in the pipeline.
