High temperature and high pressure power station gate valve is also called the special valve for the power station. It is mainly used for the pipelines of various systems of the thermal power station, cutting or connecting the pipeline medium. High-voltage power station gate valve is suitable for medium: non-corrosive medium such as water and steam. The high-pressure power station gate valve is characterized by high temperature and high pressure and unique self-sealing design. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal. Due to the special technical characteristics and working conditions, the products also form features that cannot be replaced by other products. Gate valves for high temperature and high pressure power stations should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline.Executive standard

The manufacturing and acceptance technical conditions are in accordance with the Japanese standard for thermal power generation valves E101 and JB/T3595-93.

The length of the structure is as specified in E101 or as provided by the user.

The welding groove is in accordance with the regulations of the power industry management standard 78DG or the size provided by the user.

Structural advantages and characteristics

The gate valve of high temperature and high pressure power station adopts the advanced flow channel straight-through structure, which greatly reduces the flow resistance coefficient and energy loss, and significantly improves the service life and performance of the valve.

The valve cavity adopts a pressure self-tightening sealing structure and has good sealing performance. Both ends of the branch pipe are welded structures.

The sealing surface of the valve plate and the valve seat is made of stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant and scratch-resistant.

The valve stem is tempered and surface nitrided for good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

The structure of the opening and closing member can be designed into different forms such as single board, double board and parallel double board according to user requirements.
