API swing check valve refers to the valve that automatically opens and closes the valve flap by means of the flow of the medium itself, and is used to prevent the back flow of the medium, also known as check valve, check valve, counter flow valve, and back pressure valve. The function of this type of valve is to only allow the medium to flow in one direction and prevent the direction from flowing. Usually, the valve is automatically operated, and the valve flap is opened by the fluid pressure flowing in one direction; when the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the fluid pressure and the self-reclosing valve flap of the valve disc act on the valve seat to cut off the flow.

Structural features
1.Product design and manufacture according to API/BS1868 design standards, reasonable structure, reliable sealing, beautiful appearance.
2.The sealing surface of the valve disc and the valve seat is made of stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, good in scratch resistance and long in service life.
3.Various pipe flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be used to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
4.The valve body material is complete, and the packing and gasket are reasonably matched according to actual working conditions or user requirements, and can be applied to various pressure, temperature and medium working conditions.
5.The disc rotates around the pin outside the seat to reduce the violent impact of closing.
6.The pin and the valve flap are connected by a built-in pin structure, which reduces the external leakage point and is more reliable to use.
